PAS120F - Request for Information for Procurement Consultancy Services for use by the Public Sector
This is a market sounding exercise to obtain market information on the provision of Procurement Consultancy Services to the Irish Public Sector. It is not a call for competition.
The principal objectives of any intended procurement process include to:
(i) Obtain a high quality and responsive service, to best practice standards, from the market to meet the ongoing needs of public bodies within the OGP remit.
(ii) Maximise compliance with EU and national procurement rules by achieving appropriate transparency, competition, and fairness with regard to the award of this business.
(iii) Maximise value for money by presenting an aggregated volume of business which will be more attractive for the market to compete for.
(iv) Minimise the administrative burden and cost of procurement for both public bodies and market operators, and
(v) Facilitate the capture of aggregated spend and usage data for management information
