The Rotunda Hospital is seeking competitive tenders for the operation of a fully managed print service for a period of 36 months.

General Provisions

The Hospital seeks tenders for a Managed Print Service to include the following general conditions: -

The proposed print management solution will:

• • Provide a reliable print/copy/scan solution to meet the needs of the buying Organisation
  • A single, centrally managed server/print queue
  • Include the Installation\Commissioning of proposed equipment, to be completed by Q4, 2021
  • A full device refresh from the Contract start is required. No refurbished devices will be supplied.
  • Include routine servicing of the proposed equipment.
  • Supply all consumables (Toners, fuser kits, etc. excluding paper).
  • Provide 4-hour response (9 X 6) On-Site maintenance for all equipment, including parts and labor.

The price quoted will be on a cost per mono & colour basis and must cover

• • the capital cost of the equipment and software (licensing) being supplied, and
  • the cost of any services and\or products (e.g. deployment, maintenance, management\monitoring, applications, and consumables (excluding paper), offered by the Tenderer as part of the agreement.
