University College Dublin or any wholly owned subsidiaries thereof (the "Contracting Authority") invites tenders ("Tenders") to this request for tenders ("RFT") from economic operators ("Tenderers") for the provision of Personnel to carry out General Operative and Mail Room Duties in University College Dublin as described in Appendix 1 Requirements and Specifications to the RFT (the "Services")
This public procurement competition is for one lot (“Lot”), the Lot will result in a Services Contract (the “Contract”).
This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”).
Any contract that may result from this Competition will be issued for a term of three (3) years (“the Term”). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of one (1) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
