CCC/101/21 - Cork City Council, Infrastructure Development Directorate - Various Roads and Sustainable Transportation Infrastructural Projects 2021-2025 - €500k to €5M

Cork City Council seeks expressions of interest from competent civil engineering contractors to be placed on a framework for contracts in the value range €500,000 to €5M. The framework will run from 2021 to 2025. Details are included in the attached documentation.
Cork City Council reserves the right not to appoint any of the bidders onto the framework and shall not be liable for any of the bidder's expenses whether appointed to the framework or not.
Cork City Council undertakes to use all reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information submitted by candidates subject to complying with its obligations under law. However, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to publicise, at its discretion, the names of of the companies or consortia involved in the competition including the names of any consortium members.
Local authorities are governed by the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997 and 2003 (Amendment). Should any bidder not wish any information supplied in connection with the competition to be disclosed, this should be stated giving reasons. CA shall take such submissions into account before making a decision on the release of such information.
Any errors or omissions encountered in the documentation for this project should be brought to the attention of Cork City Council prior to making a submission.
All submissions shall be via etenders.
Please note the final date for expressions of interest is 16:00 hrs. on 15th November 2021 and final date for submission of the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire is 16:00 on 22nd November 2021.
