Maryfield Nursing Home - Catering and Cleaning

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

To all tender respondents - please ensure that, as a minimum, you have completed/attached the following prior to returning your tender response:

  • Tender Response Document (TRD) - one for each lot you are applying for.
  • 3 years annual accounts
  • ESPD
  • Pricing spreadsheet
  • Organisation Chart
  • Proof of insurance

Note that Appendix 3 (Services Contract) and Appendix 4 (Confidentiality Agreement) are for information only and are only executed in the event that yours is the winning tender.

Note also that TUPE details attached include both cleaning and catering staff.

The above is a guideline only and it remains your responsibility to ensure you have properly completed the RFT including all attachments.
