To whom it may concern,

The Rehab Group are seeking a Unified communications (UC) telephony solution that combines voice, video, mobility, messaging, meeting, collaboration, whiteboarding and workflow configurations in a single solution. The proposed solution will take into consideration the existing voice, video. mobile, messaging collaborations and communications environment currently in use by the Rehab Group.

Combining the same communications mediums that Rehab Group employees already actively use into one user-friendly application will improve productivity and allow for greater mobility. Employees can use a single app on desktop or mobile to make internal/external calls, send messages via chat, be on call outside of normal business hours without the need to redirect calls to a specific number or carry a specific mobile phone. Additionally, employees can send/receive files, take phone calls, join meetings, or video calls and collaborate with team members from the office, from home or from the field without the need of being physical tied to a traditional office phone line.
