Thank you for your interest.  You should carefully read all of the Call for Requests to Participate – Qualification Questionnaire / Tender [RFT] documentation attached for downloading. 

Tourism Ireland wishes to enter into a contract(s) with a suitably qualified bidder for Research and Strategic Consultancy Services Framework Agreements.  We are looking to identify qualified and experienced agencies to support us around two Lots:

Lot 1 – Advertising Effectiveness – Single-Party Framework Agreement

Lot 2 – Ad-hoc Research (both qualitative and quantitative) – Multi-party Framework Agreement

The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the Restricted procedure.  This is Stage 1 of a 2-stage Restricted procedure.  Suitably qualified applicants are invited to submit a Request to Participate.

All completed Requests to Participate in the form of completed Qualification Questionnaires should be submitted in the exact format and sequence specified in the documentation.

Any query in connection with this tender opportunity should be submitted in line with the Query Procedure detailed in the documentation available for downloading.

Following evaluation of qualifying Questionnaires, the 5 top scoring candidates for each Lot, subject to the quality of submissions received, will be shortlisted and invited to submit tenders [Stage 2].
