RFT 192269 Social Housing Project at Former Convent of Mercy, Bantry, Co. Cork is being re-advertised on the Official Journal of the EU (OJEU) as the median price of the tenders received on 29th July 2021 under this competition exceeds the EU Threshold. No contract was awarded from the original competition. Tender responses received under the original competition have not been evaluated.

Site visits will be facilitated on Monday 16th August 2021. If you are interested in attending a site visit please contact Clúid Housing via the eTenders messaging portal only with your preferred time on Monday. Please advise of your company name, name(s) of the representatives proposed to attend the site visit and a contact number (for contact tracing purposes). Clúid Housing will endeavour to facilitate your preferred time, however this may not be possible and an alternative time slot on Monday will be proposed.

All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format, protocol for raising questions, response times, format of response and whether via hard copy or via etenders website only.

Please note that Clúid Housing will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.  Clúid Housing reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

Tenderers will need to download the software in order to unzip the procurement documents.
