CCC/066/21 - MacCurtain Street Public Transport Improvement Scheme

To whom it may concern,

 

You are being invited to submit a Suitibility Assessment Questionare and Tender for the MacCurtain Street Public Transport Improvement Scheme. Details are included in the attached Suitibility Assessment Questionare and Tender documentation. 

 

Cork City Council  reserves the right not to award the contract for the appointment of Contractor & PSCS to any of the bidders and shall not be liable for any of the bidder's expenses whether the appointment is awarded or not.

 

Cork City Council undertakes to use all reasonable endeavours to hold confidential any information submitted by candidates subject to complying with its obligations under law. However, CA reserves the right to publicise, at its discretion, the names of the companies or consortia involved in the competition including the names of any consortium members.

 

Local Authorities are governed by the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997 and 2003 (Amendment).  Should any bidder not wish any information supplied in connection with the competition to be disclosed, this should be stated giving reasons. CA shall take such submissions into account before making a decision on the release of such information.

 

Any errors or omissions encountered in the documentation for this project should be brought to the attention of Cork City Council prior to making a submission.

 

All submissions shall be via e-tenders.

 

Please note the final date for submission is 16:00 on the 24th September 2021.
