The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine invites tender proposals from competent providers for the provision of a solution together with an associated knowledgebase that will identify • All Open Source libraries or components that are referenced or compiled into programs using technologies referenced in the Architecture Review above • Known Security Vulnerabilities in Open Source libraries or components • The licensing associated with Open Source libraries and components, and detail any risks or obligations associated with using them.
