ENT021/1 - Supporting/Maintaining the Domino Platform and Notes Client/Browser Applications

The services sought is for the maintenance and support of our current Domino Server environment and Notes Client/Internal Browser Applications. We will require an onsite and a remote service and a process to register/manage support referrals. The Department has some significant case management back-office notes applications which interface with a variety of outward facing online applications.
