As part of Cork City Council’s delivery plan for Rebuilding Ireland (and any subsequent housing delivery programme), Cork City Council invites submissions from Candidates to participate in this procurement process for the delivery of a quality social housing solution on Cork City Council owned lands at Gerald Griffin Street/Burkes Avenue, Cork City. A high‐level aim of this competition is to champion best practice, efficient and cost‐effective design and innovative financial and technical solutions for quality accommodation solutions.
