Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is a call to competition by IE for the provision of specialised calibration services to the

engineering departments within the organisation.

The contract will involve calibrating (but not limited to)

• Hand Tools (Digital Multi-Meters, Torque Wrenches and Dynamometers etc.)
• Electrical Test Equipment (Force Gauges, Infra-Red Thermometers and Oscilloscopes etc.)
• Precision Measurement Equipment (Dial Indicators, Digital Callipers and Feeler Gauges etc.)
• Railway Track Tools (P&C Track Gauges, Side Wear Gauges, Cant Gauges, Platform Gauges and Distance Measurement Wheels etc.) and Pressure Gauges.

The Documents to be completed and returned are as follows:

•  PQQ
• Appendix 5 -Spreadsheet containing details of our Tools & Equipment.

PQQ Returns

Your completed PQQ Submission and all supporting documentation should be uploaded on to the E-tenders Portal not later than 12.00 Noon on Friday 27^th Aug 2021.
