The Office of Public Works in Ireland invites responses from Energy Specialists to this Request for Tenders from economic operators for the provision of the services as described in Annex 1 to this RFT, Details of Service Requirements. The Office of Public Works (OPW) is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition. The successful tenderers will be invited to participate in a Framework Agreement. The OPW may procure services for Energy Services in specialist Central Government and Public Sector Buildings and/or facilities through this Framework Agreement.
