This is a call to competition by IE for the establishment of a Qualification System for the Supply and Delivery of under sleeper pads to its sleeper factory in Portlaoise, Co Laois, Ireland.
Iarnród Éireann proposes to pre-qualify a number of suitably qualified candidates to be appointed to Qualification System in order to participate in mini tender competitions during the term of the Qualification System.
