17016 - RFT for the provision of Programme Management and Transformation Support Services

The HSE requires Management Consultancy services to support the delivery of a complex, multistakeholder reform programme. Specifically, Programme Management and Transformation support services are required to support five (5) key work streams of the Transformation Programme: • Detailed design and Implementation planning • Integration of test and trace • ICT enablement • Workforce mobilisation, training and development • Communication / People and Culture The core requirement is for the provision of a Partner / Director led team with deep practical experience in the provision of Programme Management and Transformation support services. In addition the successful Tenderer will be required to provide point support and subject matter specialists on an as required basis at the discretion of the HSE Public Health Transformation Implementation Oversight Group.
