Thank you for your interest.  You should read carefully all of the Call for Requests to Participate  documentation attached for downloading. 

The tender is being facilitated by Tourism Ireland (one of the participating employers in the N/SPS) on behalf of the N/SPS CEO Pension Committee, who in turn intend, as a result of this tender process, to establish a single-party framework agreement for the provision of Pension Administration and Advisory/Management services to the North/South Implementation Bodies and Tourism Ireland Ltd CLG (referred to as ‘the Bodies’.

The appointment is being made by a process of competitive tender using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation   This is Stage 1 of a staged Competitive Procedure with Negotiation.  Suitably qualified applicants are hereby invited to submit a fully completed Qualification Questionnaire. 

Completed Questionnaires should be submitted in the exact format and sequence specified in the documentation attached for downloading.  

Deadline for Submissions

Please note that the deadline for receipt of Requests to Participate, in the form of completed Qualification Questionnaires, is 12:00 hours [GMT] on Wednesday 25th August 2021.

 

Queries

Any query in connection with this tender opportunity should be submitted in line with the Query Procedure detailed in the documentation attached for downloading.  Please note that any queries must be submitted via the messaging option on www.etenders.gov.ie (http://www.etenders.gov.ie) before 12:00 hours GMT on Thursday 5th August 2021.

Following evaluation of qualifying Qualification Questionnaires, the 5 [or more] top scoring candidates, subject to the quality of submissions received, will be shortlisted and invited to submit an Initial Tender.  Those who meet the evaluation criteria at Initial Tender stage will be invited to submit a Final Tender.
