Iarnród Éireann - Irish Rail would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in the call to competition. Economic Operators who are interested and who meet the or exceed the minimum criteria as listed in the attached pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) will be short listed and invited to tender.
It is important that economic operators read the PQQ in detail and submit all infiormation requested in the documentation.
