Architectural Services for Additional Accommodation at Scoil na mBráithre Primary School, Wexford Town. This is an Open Tender competition for a Type 2b project. DoES-QC1 Suitability Assessment Declaration 2017 (available on the website under School Building & Design > Appointment of Consultants) sets out the minimum standards to be achieved for a Type 2b project. Scoil na mBráithre is a primary school under the trusteeship of The Edmund Rice Schools Trust and under the patronage of the Diocese of Ferns. Your attention is drawn to the attached Project Brief and particularly the proposed Schedule of Accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: Section A:  4 x Classrooms 80.0 m2 each  Staff Room & WC 80 m2  1 x SET Room 15 m2  Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 428.8 m2 Section B:  Three Classroom SEN Base 441.1 m2  Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 564.6 m2  Giving Gross Floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases & lift: 1,113.0 m2 Also External:  Secure hard & soft play area 200 m2  Sensory Garden 100 m2  9 Parking spaces
