ISSUE of TENDER DOCUMENTATION

 

Further to your successful inclusion on the Shortlist for the Main Contract for the above project, we wish to advise you that a Transfer Link containing all Tender documentation is attached for your information and attention.

 

Please download the information within 7 days of receipt.

 

The Tender Period shall be 7 weeks.

 

Your Tender must be submitted via the eTender portal: -

  • to Donegal Education & Training Board to arrive not later than 16:00pm on Tuesday 16thAugust 2022.

The tender should be clearly marked as `Tender for the Main Contract for Moville Community College`.

 

Separate Tender Documentation shall also be issued to the Reserved Specialists for the Mechanical and Electrical Services Installations.

The submission date for these tenders shall be 4.00pm on Tuesday 4th October 2022, being 7 weeks after the Main Contract submission date, to allow for procurement procedures.
