2824 - The Conduct of Cardiology CT and MRI Scans on an Outsourced Basis

To whom it may concern,

The Contracting Authority intends to appoint service providers for the Conduct of Cardiology Scans on an Outsourced Basis. This framework agreement is divided into two lots as follows:

LOT 1: CT (Computed Tomography) Scans

LOT 2: MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) Scans.

Each lot shall function as a separate and distinct multi-party framework agreement. Tenders may be submitted for one or both lots of the competition.

The subject matter of this framework agreement comprises ‘Hospital Services’ for the purposes of the procurement regulations. Consequently, this competition is governed solely by Title III of Directive 2014/24/EU. On this basis, the Contracting Authority is availing of shortened timescales in order to establish these framework agreements.
