TCC001159E - Provision of Architect Led Design Team for Design, Procurement and Project Management of Housing Development at Mountain View Drive, Cahir, Co. Tipperary

Tipperary County Council require the services of an integrated design team to develop a 3.3 Ha, of which 1.47Ha is zoned residential at Mountain View Drive, Cahir, Co. Tipperary. Part of the zoned area is currently in use as a soccer pitch and this pitch is to be relocated to the adjoining land zoned amenity. The overall project consists of the design, tender, construction supervision, certification and handover of 43 residential units and all associated services and site works. No Planning Permission has been applied for on this site and the development of the planning design will form part of the scope of consultancy service.
