Dear Tenderer,
The Minister for Health (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of Hotel quarantine and ancillary services. The ultimate purpose of this Competition is the award of a Services Contract.
The Minister envisages that there will be five pillars of services required:
1. Accommodation
2. Transport
3. Security
4. Healthcare Assessment & Monitoring
5. Interpretation Services
This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with the open procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”).
The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) is being conducted by the Contracting Authority with the support and assistance of the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”).
