The Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA / the Agency) is seeking a turn-key solution for the provision of a managed IT support service. The Service will manage data on servers either in-house or in the cloud, to enable document sharing, printing, storage, backup and recovery, and a secure ICT infrastructure for the Agency’s Data. The Agency operates in Microsoft 365 and is seeking a service provider for IT infrastructure, support, consultancy and training for hardware and software.
