PROJ000007051 - Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for Contracted Further Education & Training (FET) Services by the Education and Training Boards (ETBs)
There are 16 Education and Training Boards (each a “Contracting Authority”) issuing this invitation to participate, Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”), to call for requests from Economic Operators (“Candidates”) to participate in this competition. The ultimate purpose of the competition is the award of a Framework Agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) and Services Contracts (the “Services Contract”) for the provision of Contracted Further Education & Training Services to the ETBs. The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing and services on behalf of the public service.
This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) which is being conducted under the Restricted Procedure, concerns social & other specific services and will be conducted in accordance with Regulations 74-77 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the “Regulations”) giving effect to Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement.
