Dear Applicant,

Re:  7705 Rosslare Europort Masterplan Phase 1

The Contract the subject of this competition is a one for civil engineering and construction works to provide infrastructure improvements at Rosslare Europort, Co. Wexford. The improvement works will be undertaken four phases.

You are invited to submit a response for the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for Rosslare Europort Masterplan Phase 1 for Iarnrod Eireann.  The decision to include applicants on the tender list will be based on the applicant’s successful response to the requirements of the pre-qualification stage.

Candidates will only be scored against the advised Minimum Pass/Fail Criteria and Selection Criteria following the closing date (1200, noon on Thursday 27th of May 2021) for the receipt of completed pre-qualification questionnaires.

Please note applicants must be in compliance with the requirements of the Minimum Pass/Fail Criteria set out in the PQQ.  Applicants not meeting all of the Minimum Pass/Fail Criteria, will be deemed to be non-compliant and thereafter will have their submission withdrawn from the process.
