The Contract the subject of this competition is a one for construction works to redevelop Colbert Station, Limerick.
You are invited to submit a response for the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the Colbert Station Redevelopment for Iarnrod Eireann. The decision to include applicants on the tender list will be based on the applicant’s successful response to the requirements of the pre-qualification stage.
Candidates will only be scored against the advised Minimum Pass/Fail Criteria and Selection Criteria following the closing date (1200, noon on Friday 21st of May 2021) for the receipt of completed pre-qualification questionnaires.
Please note applicants must be in compliance with the requirements of the Minimum Pass/Fail Criteria set out in the PQQ. Applicants not meeting all of the Minimum Pass/Fail Criteria, will be deemed to be non-compliant and thereafter will have their submission withdrawn from the process.
