To whom it concerns,

 

YOu are cordially invited to to participate in the call to competetion for the subject matter. You can download the attached Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and if satified you can meet or exceed the minimum criteria as laid out in the attached PQQ you are invited to submit by the closing date of the 17th May 2021 @ 12noon. All information sought in the PQQ must be provided and the absence of such information may deem your applicaltion null and void. Also please enure you leave yourself sufficient time to upload the documents. 

 

All queries must be submitted via the messaging service of the etenders portal and economic operators must be award that only those meeting the criteria conditions as laid down in the PQQ will be shortlisted and invited to tender.
