 NAME OF CONTRACT AND SUMMARY OF SERVICES/GOODS REQUIRED/SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENT

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of Board and Senior Management Advisory Services to CIE (the “Contract”). RFT  187294 - 7651 - CIE Board Advisory Services Qualification System.

Background to Requirement

To assist the Board of CIE and its Senior Management Team in discharging its responsibilities, expertise and advice which may be required on an ad-hoc basis for, but not limited to the following areas:

·        Ad-hoc Board advisory services

·        Finance

·        Corporate Governance

·        Public Affairs

·        Ongoing advice to the CIE chairperson

Companies should note that any requirements that may arise under this qualification system may be of an urgent nature.

It is proposed to establish a ‘Qualification System’ of experts in the above areas from which particular assignments may be sought in accordance with the process set out in the attached PQQ.
