RE: Bantry Flood Relief Scheme Engineering & Environmental Consultancy Services

 

Cork County Council, acting as agents for the OPW wish to commission a project to advance and implement a flood relief scheme for Bantry, Co. Cork.

To develop the flood relief scheme, Cork County Council are procuring a single Consultancy firm to progress both the Engineering and Environmental elements.

The Project shall comprise of up to five stages, as follows:

  • Stage I: Scheme Development and Design
  • Stage II: Confirmation / Planning Process
  • Stage III: Detailed Construction Design, Confirmation (if ADA route) and Tender
  • Stage IV: Construction
  • StageV: Handover

 

Please refer to all attached documentation in order to fully understand the Project Brief and Requirements, as well as all selection and award criteria, methods of response etc.

 

Please note that due to the file size of the OPW CFRAMS Information Pack data (outlined in Section 7.1.4 of the Project Brief), this information will not be uploaded to eTenders, but will be available on request from the Client. Requests to be made via the eTender platform.
