The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

The Office of Public Works (OPW) intends establishing a multiparty Framework Contract for the purposes of delivering on design and construction of fit-out and refurbishment works in buildings.  Suitable construction works contractors are invited to tender for inclusion in the framework.

The tender requires contractors to demonstrate a minimum capacity and capability in general building, mechanical and electrical works, either as a single economic entity or as a team with the required specialists.  The tender sets minimum requirements for each of the specialist construction areas: building, mechanical and electrical.

The framework also requires the successful framework participants to have both architectural and mechanical and electrical engineering design consultants as part of their team.  The tender requires at least one architectural design consultant and one mechanical and electrical design consultant to meet the minimum requirements as set out in the tender documents.

The framework provides for a number of construction project delivery options including early collaboration between the design team and the works contractors in design development and subsequent construction contract and for combined design and build contracts.
