7104 - Supply of Various Steel Sections & Plates – Qualification System

Please note this Qualification System was originally advertised as per (http://irl.eu-supply.com/app/rfq/rwlentrance_s.asp?PID=136053&B=ETENDERS_SIMPLE) published on 4th October 2018, TED Reference: (https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:432739-2018:TEXT:EN:HTML&src=0) but as not originally advertised as a DPS tender, therefore I am now re advertising re RFT 183767.
The purpose of the Qualification system is to invite applications from suitably qualified companies to participate in the Pre-Qualification process to establish a qualification system for the supply of Various Steel Sections & Plates – eg high grade steel universal columns, beams, angles, channels, plate etc. The Qualification System will operate for a 3 year period and new applicants are encouraged to submit pre-qualification submissions at any time during the 3 year duration. Under this proposed arrangement, Steel Sections & Plate requirements will be tendered individually on a call-off basis to those companies appointed to this Qualification system. Individual call-off requirements will be tendered on an ad-hoc basis to all companies that are part of the Qualification System at the time of tender. The Qualification System will commence on 1st January 2019.
Please note the closing date on the PQQ cover sheet is Monday 19th November 2018 which is incorrect, IE can accept PQQ’s right up to closing date of 19th November 2021 ref section 1.2 of the PQQ.
