The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for the supply of a Cyber Security e-learning cloud based platform that educates and evaluates staff on cyber security awareness.

The proposed Cyber Security e-learning solution must be a cloud based platform and provide a full end to end managed service for the HSE’s 70,000 staff all of whom will require access to the Cyber Security e-learning cloud based platform. Additional staff from HSE funded agencies may be on-boarded to the Cyber Security e-learning cloud based platform at a later stage, subject to funding being available.

Tender responses must be uploaded via the ePostBox facility on at latest by 12:00 noon, Friday, 29^th January 2021.Tenders will not be accepted by any other means.

All queries in respect of this competition must be submitted via the Q&A Facility on the etenders website. Email correspondence will not be entered into. The final date for receipt of queries in regard to this tender competition is 12:00 Noon Wednesday, 20^th January 2021.

Responses to queries, if/when received, may be posted as an additional document available with the Invitation to Tender documentation, which will be updated as and when new responses are provided. Tenderers are advised to access any responses to queries provided in order to ensure they have access to all additional information provided by HSE in advance of completing their tender submission for this tender competition.
