Dear Tenderers,

 

In relation to the ITS-EMC. Gen. 3 competition please note the following:

 

 

  • ESPD

 

Tenderers must complete as requested the online ESPD form and provide the information where requested in order to satisfy that criterion.

 

  • Tender Documents

 

The tender documents are saved in the eTenders document repository and have their own separate folders, tenderers are asked to click on the + button in order to see all folders.

 

  • Background Information Document

 

There is a background information document attached to these tender documents in which additional information about the working and operational environment can be found. The Authority do not warrant the provision of Background Information.

 

  • Asset & Fault Management System (AFMS)

 

Temporary access to the AFMS will be made available to all Tenderers for the duration of the tender phase. Access to the AFMS shall be made available to the Tenderer upon request.

 

A training session on the use of the AFMS may be provided by the Authority during the tender period. The Tenderer may request attendance at this training session.

 

  • Tender Information Day

 

The Authority may hold a tender information day to provide clarification information to the Tenderers.

 

  • Conditions of Contract

 

The Conditions of Contract for this contract are an amended version of ‘PW-CF3: Public Works Contract for Civil Engineering designed by the Employer’ as published by the Office of Government Procurement. This document will be issued to Tenderers during the tender period.

 

  • Volume A – Part 7

 

The Authority has provided a single PDF of the full suite of model forms that may be utilised in the procurement/administration of this contract but only model forms that are applicable will be used.
