CIE 7613 - Supply of Laptops and Desktops/PCs and Ancillary products to CIE Group of Companies

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann (IE) on behalf of CIE for the provision of Laptops and Desktops/PCs and Ancillaries (the “Contract”).
Coras Iompair Éireann (C.I.E.) is the statutory organisation with responsibility for the provision and development of public transport services in Ireland.
It exercises its responsibilities through the following four wholly owned subsidiary operating companies:
Iarnród Éireann
Bus Éireann
Bus Atha Cliath
CIE Tours International
CIE operates a nationwide data infrastructure which supports over 4,000 desktops/laptops.
Group IT services approximately 4,000 IT customers and 200 sites throughout Ireland and is one of the most geographically dispersed IT landscapes in the country.
CIE and its subsidiary operating companies wish to procure the supply of Desktop PCs / Monitors & Ancillaries and Laptops / Notebooks & Ancillaries.
CIE are currently using a mix of Laptops, Desktops and devices across the company. The contract for the provision of new and replacement desktops, laptops and Ancillaries.
The procurement process for the award of this Contract consists of 2 distinct stages: a pre-qualification stage (PQQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT or RFT).
The pre-qualification process, conditions and selection criteria detailed in this document. All Applicants will be treated equally and have an opportunity to pre-qualify.

All technical queries must be submitted Via Etenders messenger no later than (12.00 noon) on Wednesday 30th December 2020
PQQ Returns
Your completed Questionnaire document and All supporting documentation should be submitted via eTenders on later than (12.00 noon) on Friday 8th January 2021.
All correspondence MUST be done via the etenders portal.
