Tenders are invited for an architect led multi-disciplinary design team for Nenagh Historic & Cultural Quarter.

Site visits are highly recommended to inform the Tenderers understanding of the full requirements including an appreciation of the buildings structure and layout. The Contracting Authority will facilitate Tenderers by permitting an inspection of the Contracting Authority’s premises. A site visit to view the Contracting Authority’s premises or facilities at Nenagh, Co. Tipperary shall be organised on request. Tenderers wishing to make an appointment to avail of this opportunity must confirm their attendance by contacting Rosemary Joyce at rosemary.joyce@tipperarycoco.ie by 11^th December. Attendance at the Contracting Authority’s premises will be subject to compliance with local security and health and safety arrangements and strictly in adherence with any requirements relating to Covid-19 restrictions.
