RFI for the provision of a Case Management System including Support Services
Currently the Tax Appeals Commission is in the process of developing its IT infrastructure. As part of this process, The Tax Appeals Commission is undertaking preliminary market research into Case Management System (CMS) solutions available in the market. The purpose of this market research is to gather information to help inform a CMS Solution procurement exercise.
Please note that the comments and answers received in respect of this Request for Information, will be treated in the strictest confidence by The Tax Appeals Commission. However, the responses may be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. According all responses should indicate clearly in their response that any information contained therein should be considered commercially sensitive.
