Dear Applicants,
Louth County Council invites responses (“Applications”) to this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (“PQQ”) from economic operators (“Applicants”) for the establishment of a single framework agreement for the provision of the services as described in this PQQ. Louth County Council is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition (“the Contracting Authority”). The title of this PQQ is: The establishment of a single operator framework agreement for the operation of civic amenity sites at two (2) locations and associated services.
