The NTPF wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of a comprehensive range of Financial and Economic Advisory Services to the National Treatment Purchase Fund. The selected service provider will advise the NTPF generally on matters related to financial management, governance, financial consulting, business transformation, administration and managed services.
