Clúid Housing,("Clúid") is a Social Housing Association, delivering homes across the Republic of Ireland. Clúid is an award winning, not-for-profit charity providing over 7,560 affordable, high quality homes to people in housing need. Clúid has experienced substantial growth, to become the largest approved housing body (AHB) in Ireland. Clúid currently utilise a mixture of best of breed applications, across hosting management, internal repairs workforce and finance solution. To inform an ongoing review of current systems in the light of a possible doubling of their housing stock in the next five years, Clúid would like to research the range of proven solutions, in use at larger providers.

Clúid wish to engage suitably qualified organizations. in a market and integrated solution assessment. A standard questionnaire will be issued to such parties. The information gathered in this exercise will enable Clúid to determine a potential procurement route forward, most likely influenced by estimated budget costs. Some remote demos may also be arranged after this initial pre-market exercise. While it possible that a procurement will follow, note that this is not guaranteed.
The objective of this RFI is to gather information solely to support a future procurement process. It will not influence vendor makeup or outcomes for any vendor in that future procurement process. Expression of interest to take part should be via message function of this RFI.
