Shannon Commercial Enterprises wishes to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team or teams to deliver two (2) full project consultancy services for (1) Upgrade of Bays 135-137 and (2) Block S SFZ

The Architect led design team/s requirements are being tendered in 2 Lots. Lot 1 - Design services for Bay 135 -137 in the Shannon Free Zone and Lot 2 - design services for Block S in the Shannon Free Zone. Interested parties can apply for either Lot 1, Lot 2 or for both Lots and can offer a discounted bid if awarded both Lots as part of your submission. The appointed design team/s will be responsible for managing the building design and planning processes as well as construction procurement and project management including the provision of a full time Resident Engineer for the construction period for both projects.
