CCC20-HFA 2020 - Establishment of Framework Agreements for Works Contractors for Clare County Council for Works Contracts in County Clare

Clare County Council is seeking to establish Framework Agreements to undertake works on Clare County Council owned properties. It is anticipated that each lot may consist of up to a maximum of 25 no. contractors and there may be up to 2 no. reserves. A contractor will be facilitated on both lots. The framework will cease after 2 no. years or when the total value of task orders under the framework reaches €10,000,000, whichever is the sooner. Clare County Council reserves the right to extend the contract by 2 years if necessary.
