The Services comprise of the provision of an ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) Toolset. An ITSM toolset is software which supports ITSM processes in the delivery of services to customers. The ITSM Toolset will be required to be aligned with the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) framework and be delivered as a managed cloud-based solution. It is intended to set up a multi-supplier, multiple lot framework.
