()We refer to your application for inclusion on the tender shortlist for the above. You are now invited to submit a tender for the provision of Integrated Design Team Services for the Proposed Social Housing Development, Cabra, Dublin in accordance with the enclosed documentation. The proposed Design team will consist of Architect including the listed specialists, Civil / Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer and Quantity Surveyor services. Please refer to the Project Information Memorandum for further information.
Please find enclosed the following tender documents:
1. Instructions to Tenderers (ITT).
2. Tender and Schedule.
3. Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical).
4. Project Information Memorandum including Appendices.
Tenderers are requested to confirm receipt of the tender documentation via the e-tenders site.
Tenderers are advised to visit the site in advance of submitting their tender. Requests to visit site to be sent to (mailto:Development@focusireland.ie).
One soft copy of the completed tender is to be submitted via the e-tenders tender box, not later than 12h00 (local time) on Friday, 26th February 2021. Tenders submitted after this exact date and time will not be accepted.
Tenderers are advised to read all tender documentation, including appendices, in full in order to provide a comprehensive response.
