7578 - Supply of Refillable Hand Sanitiser Dispensing Units & Hand Sanitising Gel/Foam

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement and supply of circa 350 wall mounted refillable hand sanitiser dispensing units and circa 110 refillable free-standing/floor mounted hand santiser dispensing units. In conjunction with the aforementioned dispensing units IÉ are also procuring hand sanitiser which must be compatible with the dispensing units being offered by the sucessful tenderer. Currently IÉ are forecasting consumption of hand sanitiser to be circa 600 litres per week this will be purchased to support an initial 6 month period and 4 months following the initial purchase the successful tenderer will supply the balancing 6 month supply. IÉ will take responsibility for the installation of the dispensing units and the filling of same, delivery of dispensing units and santising hand gel/foam will be to a central location in Dublin. It is important the dispensing units to be supplied are touch free operated. Full technical details will be issued to those applicants who are successful in either meeting or exceeding the minimum selection criteria and thereafter invited to tender. All Correspondance must be directed via Etenders and on or before the closing date for reciept of the pre-qualification questionnaires Applicants must emsure tyhey leave themselves sufficient time to upload the documents on the etender portal.
