In summary, the Services comprise: the provision of Hardware, Software and Related Services Support and Licensing for an existing Storage Area Network (SAN) and backup Solution. The Contracting Authority intends to purchase support and licensing for an existing Storage Area Network (SAN) and backup solution. The current contract for support expires on December 23rd 2020. This forms an essential part of the ICT Infrastructure and is crucial to ensure data is securely stored and remains retrievable in the event of a DR scenario.
