2020 - - DES Equipment for Clonakilty Community College
Cork Education and Training Board is seeking tenders for the supply, delivery and installation of equipment lists required for the teaching of the current syllabus in Clonakilty Community College. All items must be delivered to the designated area\classroom and all packaging material must be removed and disposed of by the successful Tenderer.
This public procurement competition will be divided into fourteen (14) lots. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. All Lots are subject to approval from the Department of Education and Science and the final quantities required may vary depending on approval.
Please note that while pricing is required for all items on each list Cork Education and Training Board reserves the right to purchase all or part of each individual Lot, or to change the quantities required. CETB also reserves the right not to award any individual Lot.
The COVID-19 outbreak has given rise to an urgent need for the supply of DES equipment to facilitate the use of additional accommodation in Clonakilty Community College, Clonakilty, Co. Cork. This does not give Cork Education and Training Board sufficient time to comply with the standard open procedure timescales for this procurement. Cork Education and Training Board considers this to be a state of urgency which it has duly substantiated. Accordingly, Cork Education and Training Board is using the accelerated time limits permitted under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (regulation [27(5) in respect of this procurement.
Tenders must be submitted via the electronic postbox available on (http://www.etenders.gov.ie/). Only Tenders submitted to the electronic postbox will be accepted. Tenders submitted by any other means (including but not limited to by email, fax, post or hand delivery) will NOT be accepted.
Tenders must be received not later than 12:00 Noon on 21/09/2020 (the “Tender Deadline”). Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this Competition.
