Invitation to tender for Quantity Surveyor Consultancy Services

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland are seeking Quantity Surveyor Consultancy Services for the Deep Retrofit Refurbishment of 52 St Stephen’s Green (52 SSG). You are hereby invited to submit a tender for this service. Attached please find the following documentation:

  • Definitive Project Brief,
  • Drawings
  • Instruction to Tenderers
  • Tender and Schedule document
  • Scope of Service document (Quantity Surveyor)
  • Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and Appendices
  • Form G: Freedom of Information Statement to be completed by the tenderer

The closing date for the receipt of tenders is Friday, 09 October 2020 and the completed tender package should be submitted using the facility available on the eTenders website by 12:00 noon on that date.

Please note that all documents relating to this competition are available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie ONLY. All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation. The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format/protocol for questions, response times etc.

The Contracting Authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response. The Authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-SUPPLY (the eTenders website) as clarifications will be notified using the eTenders messaging facility rather than the Authority's corporate email address.

 

Tenders will be assessed on a MEAT (Most Economically Advantageous Tender) basis using a combination of price and quality criteria. The weighting and details of each quality criterion is available in the tender documentation.

Please carefully follow the instructions contained in the tender documentation. Please note that a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate will be required before any contract can be placed.
