Detailed description:

The overall scope of the framework will be to provide comprehensive cleaning services, on both a planned and reactive basis, to the IPA’s headquarter premises at 47-51, 55, and 57-61 Lansdowne Road, Dublin 4, and its secondary premises at Vergemount Hall, Clonskeagh, Dublin for a period of up to four [4] years duration. The IPA’s headquarters are comprised of five [5] Victorian houses and a purpose- built Training Centre which includes a basement plant room.
