The Contract on offer is for the provision of a commercial cleaning services of Athlone Institute of Technology. The successful Contractor will be required to the commercial cleaning services throughout the Contract term. The contract is for an initial period of 12 months, however, AIT reserves the right to extend the contract on an annual basis up with a maximum of 2 such 12 month extensions contract period could potentially be for a maximum of 3 years
